We're expanding our testing operations in Ljungby and are looking for a new Systems Engineer Test Centre to join us at our brand-new Test Centre within the Innovation Centre. In this role, you'll help shape how we validate the next generation of CB Division's products, utilizing our latest facilities to turn R&D concepts into proven reality. In this position, you will take a leading technical role in test execution focusing on designing, developing, and performing product tests that ensure our machines meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and our own ambitious business goals. As a key technical specialist in our newly established Test Centre, you will play a central role in defining test methods, tools, and software frameworks that will set the standard for how we verify product performance going forward.

The role is based in Ljungby, Sweden and you will report to the Product Test Manager.

What are your key responsibilities:
  • Method Development: Identify and create new test methods for all CB machines at our Test Centre.
  • System Programming: Take ownership of setting up programs for our test equipment software and managing the data results.
  • Machine Evaluation: Challenge the capabilities of our products in our Test Centre to find potential improvements.
  • Operational Excellence: Prepare, perform, and report on tests according to schedules and routines, ensuring any deviations are identified and addressed early.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other R&D functions to plan activities and define the future ways of working within the Test Centre.

What you bring to the role:
  • Education: A university degree in Engineering or equivalent knowledge through professional experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid experience in product testing and knowledge of rubber-tired vehicles (CB products or similar).
  • Software Skills: A strong background in Software Programming and familiarity with engineering design tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to work structurally, plan effectively, and solve complex technical problems under a schedule.
  • Attitude: A positive, "can-do" attitude with a business-driven focus on quality and performance.
  • Language skills: Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken) is essential for interacting with stakeholders and reporting outcomes.
