Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Tender & Project Sustainability Specialist

What You Will Work On

Lead and coordinate sustainability requirements during tenders and project execution

Ensure compliance with sustainability-related legal and regulatory requirements

Communicate sustainability requirements to stakeholders and project teams

Collect and analyze project data for life cycle assessments and reporting

Monitor sustainability KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed

Estimate and manage sustainability-related costs in projects and tenders

Collaborate with internal teams and customers to track sustainability performance

Align project sustainability efforts with overall sustainability strategy and targets

Contribute to development of tools and processes supporting sustainability work

What You Bring

Experience managing or coordinating large infrastructure or engineering projects

Knowledge of sustainability reporting and ESG frameworks

Understanding of sustainability-related laws and regulations

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership

Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams

Experience driving change and continuous improvements
