Solution Architect

We are looking for a technically strong Solution Architect with solid hands-on experience from software development, integrations and modern cloud-based platforms. The role requires the ability to translate business needs into robust, scalable and secure technical solutions, while maintaining a holistic view across systems, data flows, vendors and operational requirements.

You should have a solid understanding of software development processes, tools and technologies such as databases, frameworks and third-party platforms, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to discuss technical challenges and justify solution choices with both technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with modern software development practices and technologies such as APIs, cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, microservices and relational databases is considered a strong advantage.

The Role
You will be expected to shape and translate Business and IT strategy and needs into realizable and sustainable technology solutions. You will ensure that solutions are designed for production, can be delivered efficiently, and are secure, scalable, maintainable and compliant.

You will be responsible for producing and maintaining high-level and detailed solution designs in collaboration with engineering teams, product owners and stakeholders.

Your profile

As a Solution Architect, we expect you to have a broad technical understanding, developer background, and strong communication skills with the ability to guide and advise stakeholders, product owners and engineering teams . You have an agile mindset; are quick to adapt to challenges and learn from new experiences.

Skills required:

• You have experience working as an Architect, including owning solution design and technical direction across initiatives
• Experience documenting and communicating solution designs and technical decisions
• Previous development experience using technologies such as .Net, C#, Web API or Java
• Experience in defining Integration Roadmaps & Architecture and/or working with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS or GCP, etc.)
• Knowledge of best practices within APIs, integrations and microservices
• Experience working with integrations, SaaS platforms and complex system landscapes involving third-party vendors is highly relevant for this role
• Familiar with agile ways of working and DevOps
• You have a higher diploma (e.g. Bachelor or Masters degree) or equivalent

This role is based in Stockholm or in Oslo. Fluency in English is required for this position.
