Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Tester
What You Will Work On
Design, plan, and execute manual test cases
Prepare and maintain test case documentation for automation initiatives
Document, track, and report test results using Zephyr
Validate business processes and system functionality within Lumera
Perform end-to-end testing of Life & Pension Insurance solutions
Test customer-facing portals and digital channels
Conduct accessibility testing to ensure compliance and usability standards
Validate and generate XML files for Metaforce integrations
Verify PDF outputs and document generation processes
Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results
Collaborate closely with business users, developers, and QA teams
Support defect management, root-cause analysis, and quality improvement activities
Contribute to successful system implementation and delivery quality
What You Bring
Extensive hands-on experience working with Lumera and its business processes
Strong domain knowledge within Life & Pension Insurance
Experience planning, designing, and executing tests in insurance-related projects
Strong background in manual testing and quality assurance
Experience working in Agile software development environments
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr
Ability to read, understand, validate, and troubleshoot XML files
Experience testing customer-facing applications and digital channels
Understanding of accessibility testing principles and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams
Experience supporting large-scale system implementations and transformation initiatives
