Job Description

We are rapidly expanding ourServiceNow Business Group in the Nordicsand seeking visionaryServiceNow HR Developer/ Implementation Consultant to help our clients transform their businesses, drive innovation, and achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement HR Solutions: Configure and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Integration: Connect ServiceNow HR workflows with other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, identity management).
• Platform Management: Ensure stability, performance, and compliance of the ServiceNow HRSD environment.
• Support and Optimization: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve HR processes.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all configurations and customizations.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, certifications, and best practices.
• Mentorship: Share knowledge and guide junior team members.

Qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including HRSD implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of HR workflows, employee lifecycle processes, and ServiceNow HR modules.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (HRSD Implementation Specialist preferred).
• University degree in Computer Science, HR Technology, or equivalent.
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).
