SEO specialist to Comprend

We're looking for an SEO Specialist who can turn organic visibility into real growth for our clients, and who wants to develop alongside a close-knit team of digital marketing specialists.

At Comprend, we work cross-functionally, and you'll collaborate with digital strategists, content specialists, developers, and other marketing and communication professionals to deliver integrated solutions.

The role

You will join our digital marketing team, balancing hands-on delivery with long-term strategy to help clients achieve growth through organic visibility. You will work closely with colleagues across content, analytics and paid media, and share responsibility for client satisfaction and project success. We're looking for a forward-leaning team player who can help elevate our service offering and make a real difference to our clients' businesses.

Day to day, you will:

• Run technical and content SEO audits, and prioritise the fixes that matter most.

• Shape content strategy and manage SEO content projects together with our copywriters, from planning through to execution.

• Carry out keyword and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.

• Optimise landing pages and get the on-page fundamentals right: metadata, internal linking, and structure.

• Take SEO initiatives from first idea through to live implementation.

• Advise clients and stakeholders on strategy and priorities, backed by clear data-driven recommendations.

• Own monthly and quarterly reporting for your client portfolio.

• Help clients prepare for AI-driven search by factoring site structure, content signals, and technical readiness into your work.

Who are you

You have strong collaboration skills and experience working across teams and/or with different stakeholders. You have clear and adaptable communication, and a constructive, solutions-oriented mindset. Experience using AI-supported tools, methods and workflows within your discipline delivery is a strong advantage.Preferably you have a background in agency and/or consulting environments. On top of that, we'd love it if you bring:

• At least three years' hands-on SEO experience, ideally with a strong content focus.

• Up-to-date solid technical SEO know-how.

• An appetite for strategic conversations with clients and stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with keyword research, content planning, and on-page optimisation.

• Comfort working in tools such as Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, ranking tools and similar.

• A knack for communicating insights and recommendations in ways that are easy for clients and colleagues to understand.

• Curiosity about AI's growing impact on search and user behaviour, and what that means for our work.

• A structured and organised approach to juggling multiple projects at once.

Language requirements

• English, fluent in speech and writing.

• Swedish - proficient but not a must.
