Assignment Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Scrum Master / Java Backend Developer

What You Will Work On

Act as Scrum Master and Agile facilitator for a DevOps team

Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot

Build scalable cloud-native solutions in AWS serverless environments

Work with microservices architecture and asynchronous programming

Support CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices

Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product stakeholders

Contribute to technical architecture and backend design decisions

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases

Support automation, deployment, and operational stability

Contribute to Agile delivery processes using Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban

What You Bring

Minimum 10 years of experience in Java backend development

Experience in Scrum Master or Team Lead roles

Strong expertise in Java backend development

Strong TypeScript skills

Experience with AWS, especially serverless architectures

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and system design

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Experience with GitHub and version control workflows

Strong Spring Boot experience

Experience with asynchronous programming

Experience with Unix and Linux environments

Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Experience working in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban

Strong collaboration and communication skills
