Senior PCB Layout Engineer

We are looking for a skilledSenior PCB Layout Engineer for our Linköping team. You will be part of a cross-functional team working on electronics design, embedded software and testing, with the opportunity to contribute throughout the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer
• Design multi-layer PCBs (8+ layers) with strong EMC/EMI performance
• Define PCB stack-ups and optimize for thermal, EMC, and mechanical performance
• Apply DFM/DFA principles to ensure manufacturability and assembly quality
• Collaborate closely with electronics engineers, embedded developers, and test engineers
• Conduct PCB-level calculations: track width, differential pairs, SI, PI
• Support PCBA manufacturing processes, including SMT and thru-hole
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (IPC Class 3 experience is highly beneficial)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in PCB design
• Strong proficiency in Altium Designer
• Solid understanding of DFM/DFA and electronics manufacturing
• Experience with advanced stack-ups and multilayer design (8+ layers)
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Highly desirable: IPC Class 3 design experience
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
