About the Role

You will help build a next-generation cloud data warehouse platform in GCP for fund and portfolio services. The assignment is part of a strategic initiative where modern, reliable data capabilities are central to strengthening business processes and supporting better decisions. You will join a collaborative cross-functional team that owns the full delivery flow, from requirements analysis and development to testing, deployment, and stakeholder dialogue.

Job DescriptionYou will design and build scalable data integration solutions, data models, data structures, and data pipelines in GCP.

You will work with data onboarding and create robust ways to integrate data from multiple source systems.

You will take part in the full delivery cycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and close collaboration with stakeholders.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and performance of the data platform and its pipelines.

You will develop data transformations, models, and automation using SQL, Python, and dbt.

You will orchestrate and schedule workflows with Apache Airflow.

You will contribute to DevOps ways of working with a focus on automation, operational excellence, and platform reliability.

You will help strengthen CI/CD pipelines and modern version control practices in an Agile development environment using Gitlab and Github.

You will mentor developers, perform code reviews, promote best practices, and contribute to key architecture and design decisions.

RequirementsExtensive experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions, data models, data structures, and scalable data pipelines within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Strong knowledge of data onboarding processes and best practices for integrating data from multiple source systems.

Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the reliability and performance of data platforms and pipelines.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation, modeling, and automation.

Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and scheduling.

Solid understanding of DevOps principles, with a focus on automation, operational excellence, and platform reliability.

Experience working with Gitlab and Github and modern version control practices in an Agile development environment.

Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.

Strong focus on testing, quality assurance, and test automation to ensure robust and maintainable solutions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams.

Experience mentoring and coaching developers, conducting code reviews, and contributing to architecture and design decisions.

Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
