An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Swedish Commercial Claims team as a Senior Claims Adjuster within Casualty and Financial Lines. Within the role you will be working with the policy holder, Insurers, Brokers, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure claims are managed timely and in accordance with policy terms and conditions.

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Handle claims from notification to conclusion, whether this be settlement or repudiation
• Ability to interpret site specific data, information, and images to make decisions on policy liability, approve estimates and scopes of work
• Assist the customer with any queries, whether this be via telephone or written communication
• Able to identify potential fraud and recovery opportunities
• Ability to manage own workload and assist with others where/when needed
• Able to work to daily minimum targets
• Ability to use own initiative and still work in a team
• Maintain good relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

• Experience from claims handling desired
• Thorough, analytical, methodical, confident and decisive
• Good negotiation skills including the ability to write detailed reports
• Computer literate
• Fluent in Swedish and English
