Senior Business Analyst

As Senior Business Analyst, you play a central role in elevating how data informs decisions across Production & Development. You bring clarity to complexity, ensuring insights are actionable, relevant, and grounded in strong business judgment. Reporting to the Head of Business Process and Analysis, you will contribute to more informed prioritisation, improved performance, and greater transparency across key processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main contribution is to enable data-driven decision-making across P&D by delivering clear, relevant, and actionable analysis. You will play a vital role in strengthening performance visibility and supporting more informed, balanced trade-offs across operational and strategic priorities by:

• Develop and maintain the KPI framework to support clear, balanced decision-making
• Analyse key domains: delivery precision, supplier performance, transport, emissions, planning impact, and quality
• Support projects with structured analysis, ensuring decisions are data-informed and outcomes measurable
• Provide targeted analytical support to sustainability initiatives
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Validate and challenge AI-generated outputs using business context and sound judgment
• Partner with production controlling and merchandising to structure data for scalable use
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data models for relevant teams
• Document data sources, definitions, and logic to ensure consistency and transparency

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Degree in business, economics, data science, or related field
• 5+ years' analytical experience in fashion, luxury, or product-led industry
• Experience working with KPI frameworks and performance reporting
• Understanding of the fashion product lifecycle
• Experience presenting insights to non-analytical stakeholders
• Strong BI skills (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Fluent in English
