We are looking for a lab-based scientist to join our work within Formulation Product Development or Process Technology & Engineering.

The role focus will depend on your academic background and professional experience, with emphasis on pharmaceutical development or process control and engineering. You will work closely with colleagues in a multi-skilled environment to design, develop and deliver high-quality clinical and commercial formulations and processes.

Within Global Product Development, modelling and simulation are applied as first intent, and digital tools play a central role in guiding development.
Key responsibilities

• Perform hands-on laboratory work (small and large scale) to generate drug product for characterization and to validate modelling predictions
• Collaborate across disciplines to identify and apply digital solutions that strategically direct development
• Contribute to cross-functional drug development projects, including regulatory documentation and submissions
• Support technology transfer of manufacturing methods to other sites
• Contribute to and help drive the digital transformation within Global Product Development
• Plan and manage your work to meet project targets, timelines and quality requirements
