The team works with a diverse customer base, primarily consisting of large utilities and professional investors managing complex, high-value energy assets, where SCADA performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance are essential.

This role operates at the intersection of technology, commercial decision-making, and project delivery. Good understanding of power systems and electrical infrastructure, including high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) equipment such as transformers, switchgear, and STATCOM systems

Experience within the wind energy sector or industrial power generation environments is advantageous but not essential, including exposure to power plant controllers, PLCs, servers, and communication protocols

Good understanding of cyber security principles in industrial control or SCADA systems (e.g., risk awareness, regulatory considerations, and secure system design) is an advantage

Good project leadership skills, with the ability to delegate effectively, coach team members, and promote an inclusive working environment

Confident in managing technical and commercial risks within complex, multi-stakeholder projects

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable insights
