As part of the SAS Cabin Crew team, you will meet people from all around the world. You will take pride in creating a safe and welcoming experience for Scandinavia's travelers by ensuring onboard safety, delivering great service and sales on SAS flights. The role involves varying schedules, requiring a high level of flexibility and adaptability in your day-to-day work.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Height between 160 cm and 190 cm (without shoes).
- Completed education to a minimum level of high school or equivalent level.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role. Hospitality, sales and service experience is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English language (Berlitz level B2/gym. Min. B).
- Strong swimming skills.
- Able to comply with uniform regulations: Visible tattoos are allowed below the neck, excluding hands and chest. One small, discreet tattoo, no larger than 1,5cm is, however, acceptable on the hand and right behind the ear (not extending onto back of head or neck). Visible tattoos should not be offensive or religious motives.
- Valid EU passport allowing free travel worldwide.
- Eligible to live and work permanently in Sweden.
- You must be available to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to get to Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) within 1h and 20 min on standby duties.
Addition requirements for experienced Cabin Crew
- Valid EASA Attestation and Medical.
- Minimum of one year of continuous experience as Senior Cabin Crew, within the past five years.
Security & Medical Requirements
- Employment requires an approved Security Assessment which includes security interview, 5-year-background check, reference check and exhaustive police certificate/clean record.
- Approved/passed training course, and that you meet the company's requirements set for cabin crew.
- Good physical and mental health, as well as good vision (+/- 0.7 with or without corrections). Can be health approved according to EASA Regulations. To read more about medical certification for Cabin Crew, click here.
- Employment also requires completed and passed drug and alcohol tests (blood and urine samples).
- Our premises and work are located within the airport security-related area; therefore you must be approved by the aviation authorities.
- All the steps above must be approved before commencing the Cabin Crew training.

Our Recruitment Journey
- Application and online assessment: You will complete a set of application questions along with a video introduction where you have the chance to showcase yourself and to stand out. Once submitted, we will review your skills and experience.
- Assessment Center: If your application is successful, the next step will be an invitation to attend our assessment day.
- Post Assessment: Before employment can be offered you will need to complete various checks including reference checks, criminal record checks and security clearance.
- Pre-employment checks: Successful candidates will need to complete a medical examination and drug- and alcohol test.
- Cabin Crew Training: If you have passed all the requirements, you can start our 4-week Cabin Crew training program which will prepare you for a career in the sky.
