This is a hands-on delivery leadership role focused on coordinating multiple workstreams, aligning business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution during the project's most critical stages, including migration, cutover, and go-live preparation.
Example Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple SAP workstreams.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery progress.
- Ensure alignment with scope, quality objectives, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate migration, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
- Provide structured reporting to program management and steering committees.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and/or Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM).
- Strong experience planning and executing migration and cutover activities.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working within the energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience with document management solutions and integrations with Finance, Controlling, and Procurement processes is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience working in international project environments is preferred.
- Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
