We are looking for a field salesperson for British American Tobacco with a place of residence in or around Umeå/Skellefteå.

We are looking for a salesperson for our organization for permanent employment and are thus looking for a driven, analytical and ambitious district salesperson who wants to be involved in developing our new sales strategies. We are looking for a person with a winning attitude and attitude - to make a difference in our stores every day. You should be able to work in a structured, independent manner and be motivated by being able to influence your success and results. You will work as our ambassador for the grocery trade and service trade in Northern Sweden.

Goals and focus

Your primary focus will be to visit our customers daily and make a difference in every store. You will effectively manage, develop your own sales district and ensure optimal visibility as well as representing our entire tobacco and nicotine portfolio. Having an analytical ability and having an understanding of sales data is important. You don't have to use tobacco or nicotine yourself, but you need to have a passion for our products and our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Build long-term relationships.

• Analyze sales data.

• Present and sell campaigns and news at selected stores.

• Create in-store sales promotions.

• Develop and implement the business plan.

• Manage BAT's portfolio and marketing materials in the most efficient way possible within BAT's policies and guidelines.

• Continuous communication internally to provide a clear picture of competitors and market changes, among other things.

The role requires

• Good sales and negotiation skills

• Take ownership and be responsible for your goals.

• Be able to work in a structured way independently and have a high level of self-discipline.

• Analyze sales data.

• Fluent in Swedish and feel comfortable with English.

• Computer skills.

• Possess a B driver's license.

• Overnight stays occur.
