Senior Sales Manager - Utility CIS SaaS Solutions

Tieto Indtech Energy & Utilities is looking for a driven and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to accelerate our growth in the Swedish market.

As part of our Energy & Utilities business, you will help energy companies modernize and optimize their customer operations through market-leading Utility Customer Information System (CIS) solutions.

Your role

As Senior Sales Manager, your primary focus will be to drive new business growth across Sweden by identifying opportunities and building trusted relationships within the utility sector.

You will:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Swedish market
  • Drive new customer acquisition and business development activities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Engage with senior decision-makers and C-level executives
  • Understand customer business challenges and align them with our CIS solutions
  • Collaborate closely with product, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure customer success

Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the Swedish utility landscape, customer operations, and digital transformation initiatives.

What we're looking for

We believe you have:
  • 5+ years of experience selling CIS systems or related SaaS solutions within the energy and utility sector
  • Strong understanding of customer information systems and utility customer operations
  • A proven track record of winning new business and driving sales growth
  • Experience managing complex sales processes and enterprise-level opportunities
  • The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
