About the Role

As a Sales Executive for the Business Services unit in the Nordics, you will drive the development of sales strategies, create client offerings, and lead the work of closing deals within large business opportunities. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build a sustainable pipeline, and leverage your network to capture trends and opportunities. You will share key market insights with clients and internal leaders, contribute to relevant thought leadership, and help design marketing activities that create visibility and impact

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Head to define and align on the sales plan, identifying key strategic opportunities within the assigned focus areas (sectors and offerings).
  • Qualify and pursue major opportunities, ensuring alignment between the sales strategy (value proposition, relationship approach, competitive positioning) and bid execution (solution design, pricing, costing, and proposal delivery).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and an external network, leveraging market intelligence to proactively identify and drive new opportunities.
  • Address complex client challenges, engaging effectively with senior stakeholders and demonstrating strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Manage business development costs in line with business unit guidelines and provide accurate forecasts to BU Sales Leadership.


Professional Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven sales experience in BPO/GBS within complex global environments.
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence at senior business levels, with experience engaging C-suite executives and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (CEO, CXOs, Business Unit Heads, Sales Leadership, Finance, and Strategy).
  • Deep industry expertise across Consumer Products & Retail Distribution(CPRD)/Energy, Telecom & Utilities(ETU)/Media & Advertising(MA) /Life Sciences(LS).
  • Established client network within the relevant industry, ideally across business functions such as Finance, Customer Experience, Procurement, HR, and Logistics.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding high-value sales targets, including closing deals in the €15-50+ million range
