Your mission

Are you passionate about sales, training, and brand execution in a retail environment? We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Training Representative who thrives in the field, enjoys working closely with store teams, and knows how to turn brand strategy into impactful in-store experiences. In this role, you will support retail locations across Stockholm and the Copenhagen area, helping teams perform at their best while ensuring strong and consistent brand presentation.

Your mission is to unlock the full potential of our retail footprint by strengthening sales performance, elevating staff knowledge, and ensuring consistent brand execution across all supported stores in Sweden and Denmark.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct regular in-store training sessions for store staff on brand standards, customer experience, and product knowledge.
  • Actively participate on the sales floor, supporting store-led sales activities and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent visual merchandising and brand presentation across all locations.
  • Act as a liaison between HQ and store teams, ensuring alignment on campaigns, launches, and initiatives.
  • Support and execute local marketing activations in collaboration with store teams.
  • Perform regular store visits (approximately every 14 days per store), including one Saturday per month.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and share best practices across stores.
  • Carry out small in-store repairs or fixes to minimize costs and reduce the need for replacements.
  • Support retail locations in Sweden and the Copenhagen area in Denmark, including travel between regions.

Your profile
  • Proven experience in retail sales, training, field coaching, or brand representation.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the baby industry(prams, baby products, parenting retail, or related fields).
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Confident delivering training and coaching to diverse store teams.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work one Saturday per month.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Residing in Stockholm area or Southern Sweden.
