You will step into a key role in a regulated financial environment where risk, capital and reporting are central to business decisions. The focus is on strengthening risk management capabilities across regulatory development, capital monitoring and ICAAP, while also supporting ongoing initiatives tied to risk classification and reporting.
This is a hands-on role for you who enjoy combining analysis, governance and regulatory interpretation. You will work close to important financial risk topics such as credit risk, capital adequacy and IFRS 9 expected credit losses, and help turn complex data and regulations into practical decision support. Job DescriptionYou will identify, assess and monitor financial risks, with a primary focus on credit risk, capital adequacy and IFRS 9 expected credit losses.
You will drive analysis related to portfolio performance, capital requirements and profitability, and provide data-driven insights that support portfolio steering, capital efficiency and risk-adjusted business decisions.
You will contribute to ICAAP work and support capital monitoring activities tied to regulatory requirements and internal risk management.
You will support ongoing projects connected to risk classification processes and reporting, helping improve structure, quality and consistency.
You will perform quality controls to ensure that risk data is accurate, complete and consistent.
You will help develop and strengthen data governance and analytical capabilities that support business needs, regulatory compliance and scalable risk processes.
You will contribute to the interpretation and implementation of regulatory frameworks and guidelines, including CRR/CRD and IFRS 9.
RequirementsExperience working as a Risk Manager or in a similar role within financial risk management.
Strong knowledge of credit risk, capital adequacy and IFRS 9 expected credit losses.
Experience writing ICAAP and supporting capital monitoring.
Ability to analyse portfolio performance, capital requirements and profitability, and translate findings into decision support.
Experience performing quality controls of risk data and working with data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
Ability to contribute to regulatory interpretation and implementation, including CRR/CRD and IFRS 9 requirements.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
