The Field Service Resource Manager is responsible for assigning employees to jobs based on their skills, abilities, availability, and crew performance to maximize crew effectiveness. As the primary point of contact for employees, ensure they are supported with training, mobilization, pay, and assignments while keeping training and performance reviews up-to-date.
Your role and impact within the team
- Collaborate with the Field Staffing Manager to ensure balanced and compliant crew composition
- Coordinate employee mobilization, demobilization, leave planning, and availability forecasting
- Monitor employee utilization, bench cost, and resource readiness to improve productivity and cost efficiency
- Ensure employee readiness by tracking training, certifications, work time regulations, and break-in-service requirements
- Partner with Training, EHS, and Immigration teams to ensure compliance, development, and travel readiness
- Maintain accurate employee records, training data, and certification status in relevant systems
- Contribute to audits, inspections, and quality reviews during field activities
- Support talent development and retention through performance reviews and career development coordination
- Analyze customer feedback and project outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement in resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Staffing Manager.
Your profile
- Experience in field resource coordination, workforce planning, or a similar operational role
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective staffing decisions
- Background or exposure to technical operations, power generation, or industrial environments
- Clear and confident communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
- Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Swedish and English for professional communication
- Technical University Degree
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on operational needs
