Assignment Description

We are looking for a Release Coordinator

What You Will Work On

Coordinate testing activities across releases and teams

Create and maintain a consolidated view of test progress and status

Support test leads and ensure test execution aligns with plans

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to testing and releases

Coordinate and manage test environments

Track and follow up on test activities and outcomes

Support monthly release cycles and larger test initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

Drive improvements in testing processes and release practices

Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and learnings

What You Bring

Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience

Several years of experience in roles such as Test Coordinator, Release Coordinator, or similar

Experience working in agile environments, preferably with outsourced IT setups

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across teams

Strong communication skills in Swedish and English

Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Ability to balance attention to detail with a holistic perspective
