Assignment Description

We are looking for an R&D Project Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead and manage R&D projects from idea to final implementation

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies

Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, testing, production, and IT

Ensure requirements are defined, tracked, and fulfilled

Support technical decision-making and ensure alignment with system architecture

Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and deviations to stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives within development processes

Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with standards

What You Bring

Proven experience in project management within R&D or technical development

Experience in product development within automotive, industrial, or complex systems

Strong understanding of project methodologies, requirements management, and technical dependencies

Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders

Strong communication skills in Swedish and English

Ability to lead teams, manage complexity, and drive results
