ABOUT THE POSITION
This role offers hands-on experience in a global organization, exposure to quality and compliance processes, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals. As a Student Worker in the Quality & Environmental (Q&E) department, you will play a key role in preparing our documentation landscape for future ownership by the Business Lines. Your work will directly contribute to compliance with global standards and help identify opportunities for digital improvements.

This is a part-time position equivalent to three days per week, offered on a temporary basis with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in quality, documentation, and digital information management. For the right person, this assignment may also open doors to future opportunities within the organization. The position is located in Kista, Stockholm and spans three quarters from the start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, update, and harmonize existing Q&E-related documentation
• Support classification, structuring, and migration of documents according to the Global Policy
• Ensure proper document storage, version control, and traceability of changes
• Support the transition of document ownership to relevant Business Lines
• Identify opportunities for digital improvements, including structured use of Microsoft tools and potential AI-supported enhancements (where applicable)
  
  

ABOUT YOU
We believe you are currently a student with a strong interest in digital systems and structured information management. Relevant fields of study may include computer science, information systems, or similar.

You likely have:

• Strong digital skills, good understanding of cloud storage concepts and digital document management
• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft tools, especially SharePoint
• A structured, detail-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
