Quality Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Construction Manager to lead all site-based quality activities for a major green steel plant project. This is a unique opportunity to drive a strong quality culture across a multidisciplinary construction team and ensure world-class execution on a sustainable industrial project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the site Quality team, including QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and document controllers.

Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Management Plan (QMP).

Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirements, codes, standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate quality matters with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a proactive quality culture across the project.

Collaborate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and HSE teams for integrated project execution.

Participate in quality audits, client inspections, and third-party assessments.

Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent technical background.

10+ years of experience in QA/QC roles on large-scale EPC industrial construction projects (steel, energy, petrochemical, or heavy industry preferred).

Proven track record of leading quality teams on complex construction sites.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, welding standards (AWS, ASME), NDT methods, and construction quality processes.

Experience with sustainability-focused or green industrial projects is an advantage.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
