We are looking for a Project Leader to join our Industrial Engineering team during a parental leave replacement. This is an opportunity to step into a role with significant responsibility and freedom, where you will independently lead installation and improvement projects that contribute to developing our industrial operations.
Success in this role is less about extensive project management experience and more about your ability to lead, take initiative, and drive results.
What You'll Do
As a Project Leader, you will manage multiple projects of varying scope and complexity. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, from planning through implementation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading several parallel installation and industrial engineering projects.
- Creating clarity and momentum in projects and ensuring progress toward agreed objectives.
- Managing project scope, timelines, budget, and quality.
- Coordinating stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying risks, addressing challenges, and finding practical solutions.
- Delivering results that create value for the business and satisfy internal customers.

Background and Experience
Required
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Several years of professional experience in roles where problem solving, responsibility, and independent decision making have been central.
- Experience leading people, teams, projects, initiatives, or operational activities.
-Fluent in Swedish and English
Meriting
- Project management experience.
- Experience from industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of installation projects, engineering, production development, or continuous improvement.
Observe that CV must be in English!
Full-time on-site. The selection of candidates is done continuously. Good opportunities for an extension off the assignment.
