DeLaval is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of solutions for dairy farmers around the world. As a company built on innovation, we constantly work to find ways of helping our customers do more with less.

We are now looking for a Project Manager to the DeLaval Project Management Office.

You will lead cross-functional product development projects involving both hardware and embedded software, working closely with engineering, product management, supply chain, quality, and other key stakeholders.

Working in our PMO and at DeLaval
In our PMO, we are in total about 30 skilled and experienced project managers with 20 of us located in Tumba. We collaborate closely together and continuously evolve our project and portfolio management practices. As a project manager, you will not only lead projects but also contribute to developing our common ways of working and strengthening One PMO.

Role and responsibilities

Your role will be to ensure the successful and cross-functional management of DeLaval projects and assignments on new product development, product maintenance, and quality.

• Project and Program execution
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, while proactively managing dependencies and risks.

• Team Leadership and Collaboration
Build efficient program and project teams, provide direction, and foster open communication to achieve project objectives.

• Stakeholder management
Manage relationships and communications with stakeholders, including upper management, product management, IT, engineering, supply chain, and market, ensuring transparency and involvement.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role we believe that you have:
• Solid experience in managing development projects within a product development environment.
• Experience managing complex system development projects involving embedded software and cross-functional hardware/software integration.
• Experience working with agile methodologies, combined with the ability to adapt to hybrid approaches incorporating a more traditional waterfall model.
• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent degree.

As a person, you combine structure and drive with a collaborative leadership style. You build trust across functions, communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels, and are comfortable leading complex initiatives in an international environment.

We offer you a workplace like no other, where state-of-the-art technology goes hand in hand with animal welfare. DeLaval is a part of the Tetra Laval Group together with Tetra Pak and Sidel. In addition, we offer:
• Secure employment and benefits from the collective agreement (occupational pension, work-related accident insurance).
• Parental leave compensation (approx. 10 percent of the employee's monthly salary).
• Wellness allowance of SEK 4 000/year.
• Private healthcare insurance.
• Flexible working hours and reduced working hours.
• 30 days paid annual leave.
