Role Overview
As a Project Manager within our Services team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, including implementations, renewals, and change initiatives. From initial sales handover through to go-live and aftercare, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong stakeholder management, structured planning, and proactive risk management, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. You will play a key role in maintaining delivery quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term value realisation.

Role Overview
As a Project Manager within our Services team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, including implementations, renewals, and change initiatives. From initial sales handover through to go-live and aftercare, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong stakeholder management, structured planning, and proactive risk management, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. You will play a key role in maintaining delivery quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term value realisation.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain core project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting
- Lead structured project planning and execution, identifying early warning signs and keeping projects on track
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong and trusted relationships
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations effectively
- Coordinate and align cross-functional delivery teams to ensure progress and accountability
- Drive delivery performance, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are achieved
- Facilitate problem-solving with internal teams and customer stakeholders to overcome challenges
- Ensure readiness for go-live and support through hypercare phases
- Maintain clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience delivering customer implementation or change projects as a Project Manager, ideally within SaaS or technology-enabled services
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities while maintaining quality and predictability
- Experience with delivery governance frameworks, including RAID management, milestone tracking, and change control
- Demonstrated expertise in scope and change control, managing impact on timelines, resources, and commercial outcomes
- Ability to manage dependencies across cross-functional teams such as Solution Consulting, Implementation, QA, Data Services, and Engagement Studio
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience building trusted relationships and influencing decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear updates, documentation, and presentations
- Comfortable handling escalations and driving decisions with clarity and confidence
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain delivery momentum
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, Airtable, Rocketlane) and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Fluency in English
