Role Overview

This role is well suited for someone early in their project management career who is looking to develop their skills in a structured, supportive environment.

As a Project Manager within the Nordics Project Management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementations of Benifex solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with customer needs. You will support and manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, with guidance from experienced colleagues, from initiation through to delivery and user adoption . As the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation journey, you will play a key role in driving successful outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

-Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects across varying levels of complexity.

-Deliver projects against agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

-Take full end-to-end ownership of project delivery and outcomes.

-Act as the primary point of contact for customers, setting and managing expectations.

-Identify and resolve misalignment between customer needs and agreed scope.

-Coordinate cross-functional project delivery teams (configuration, content, integrations) without formal line management.

-Proactively identify risks, mitigate issues, and maintain clear project reporting (RAG status, timelines, budgets, risks).

-Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and helping to enhance delivery processes.

What are we looking for?

-2+ years of experience in project management.

-Experience delivering software implementation projects (SaaS experience is a plus).

-Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and system configuration.

- Comfortable interacting with customers, building relationships, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

-Understanding of customer needs and pain points, with the ability to deliver accordingly.

-Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

-Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery quality and outcomes.

-Highly structured, organised, and proactive approach to work.

- Strong collaboration skills and ability to coordinate work across project teams.

-Experience with Jira or equivalent project management tools.

- Eagerness to learn and develop within project management.

-Fluency in Swedish and English.
