About the Role
You will step into a role where field quality, product development and customer impact come together. In this assignment, you will lead cross-functional work connected to bus chassis assignments in a complex automotive environment. You will work closely with field quality, procurement, design, production, suppliers and other key stakeholders to move investigations and solutions forward when issues affect vehicles in operation.
This is a role for you who enjoy creating structure in a broad and fast-moving setting. You will help teams move from problem identification to root cause, planning and implementation, while keeping progress visible and escalating when needed. You will also support market actions together with the field quality function when the situation calls for it. What makes the role especially interesting is the wide network across the organization and the chance to build real insight into how buses are used by end customers.
Job DescriptionYou will lead and develop the project teams you manage within bus chassis and field quality assignments.
You will facilitate root cause analysis and help the team define the underlying cause of issues.
You will set the time plan together with the team and make sure the work progresses according to plan.
You will coordinate and secure the introduction of solutions developed by your teams.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across field quality, procurement, design, production and suppliers.
You will contribute to improvement work related to tools and processes to increase efficiency and shorten lead times for customers.
You will support market actions together with the field quality department when needed.
RequirementsMSc or BSc degree.
4-6 years' experience of product development including project management.
Previous experience from working as a Project or Assignment Manager with this end client.
Fluent English.
You are structured, proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
You collaborate well with others, communicate clearly and are also confident working independently.
Nice to haveProject management education or certification.
Previous experience from working within Red Arrow or within the bus organization at the end client.
Swedish language skills.
