About this opportunity
Ericsson's Early Career Program is an 18-month journey for you who are recently graduated or have up to five years of relevant experience. Through three rotations, including one international and market exposure, you will tackle challenges that matter, work alongside people who expect you to contribute, question, and move things forward.
The Excellerate track is designed to develop future leaders who are motivated by performance, pace, and commercial impact. You'll rotate across Sales, Commercial Management, Strategy, Supply, Finance and more. Working on priorities that directly influence results and learning how different parts of the business connect to create value.

Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Project Manager at Strategy and Operational Excellence, Supply Chain Management (SCM)!
What you will do
SCM is responsible for developing and maintaining efficient, sustainable, and resilient supply chains to fulfill customer needs. Strategy and Operational Excellence is a small team of highly qualified talents, focusing on the creation and execution of our Supply Strategy. The team is central to shaping the future and driving top performance. We are proud to lead in AI and Innovation, and we are fully embracing the opportunities of a digitalized future.
• Lead, challenge, and excel in collaboration and teamwork.
• Exceed customer expectations efficiently while embracing transformation.
• Combine business and commercial skills with technical interest in the communications industry.
• Initiate, balance, analyze, and structure work processes.
• Interact, present, report, and drive decisions.
• Convince, follow up, coordinate, and align tasks and initiatives.

• Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results
• Ability to dig into the details when needed to resolve critical issues
• Solid communication skills and proficiency in English
