Industrial Projects is the department within DHL Group that handles oversized goods, breakbulk, RoRo, heavy lifts and other special transport on land, at sea and in the air. Project Freight Pricing Specialist

DGF Sweden are looking for a full-time dynamic Project Freight Pricing Specialist to join our Industrial Project Team in Sweden.

You will be a key member of our team, developing competitive and innovative logistics solutions for complex project cargo opportunities across all modes of transport. Working closely with customers, suppliers, global and regional support teams, you will lead the commercial and operational design of project logistics solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring profitability and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Good knowledge of freight forwarding business (road freight and ocean freight) with focus on project logistics
• High understanding of operational processes
• Customer focused/high service level

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Goal-, result- and commercially oriented
• Good understanding of collaboration and good communication skills

• University degree within Logistics is a merit

• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English verbal/written communication

Main Tasks

• Lead the development of logistics solutions for project cargo opportunities and RFQs
• Prepare and manage quotations, tenders and customer proposals
• Perform solution design for complex transport and logistics projects
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and propose value-added solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers and strategic partners
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Industrial Projects teams, Chartering, HSE, BID and regional/global organizations
• Analyze transport options, project requirements, risks and commercial opportunities
• Source and negotiate rates with subcontractors and service providers
• Ensure solutions are operationally feasible, compliant, safe and profitable
