Responsibilities
- Negotiate project-specific purchase orders based on agreed terms, conditions and price lists
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
- Build and maintain supplier relationships with clear and formalized communication
- Monitor and ensure suppliers meet agreed delivery performance targets
- Collaborate closely with colleagues on procurement-related tasks
- Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement
- Prepare and manage purchase orders end-to-end
- Communicate supply risks and issues that may impact business operations
- Actively contribute to the organization's digitalization journey
Qualifications
- Proven procurement experience with a structured and commercial mindset
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Analytical approach with demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and deliver on set targets
- Commercial and financial awareness
- Adaptable to shifting business needs and customer demands
- Familiarity with SAP
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
