Beskrivning

Asket is an independent direct-to-consumer apparel brand founded in 2015. Our vision is a world free of mindless consumption. We create and continuously refine a single permanent collection, allowing us to live fulfilled with less and do better by people and planet.

We are looking for a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented Product & Quality Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Production & Quality Coordinator, you will support daily operations across production and quality, development, covering administration, sample coordination, system upkeep, and hands-on quality tasks such as sample checking. The role is operational in nature and requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain supplier production sheets and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Coordinate supplier communication on orders, materials, and delivery updates
  • Monitor and follow up on bulk fabric, yarn, and production progress
  • Manage sample requests, tracking, and distribution across all approval stages
  • Review samples against approved standards and provide structured supplier feedback
  • Support shipment planning, approvals, and all related documentation
  • Keep tech packs, product data, and seasonal documentation up to date
  • Maintain organised archive libraries for fabrics, trims, and samples

PROFILE

The role sits at the intersection of production operations and product support. You will work closely with the Production & Quality Coordinator, QA Manager, and Product Developer, ensuring smooth execution of production workflows and coordination across suppliers, systems, and internal stakeholders.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • 1-2 years of experience (including internships) within fashion production, production administration, or sample coordination. You already have hands-on exposure to production workflows and are ready to grow further in a structured and fast-paced environment
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented
  • Organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
  • A genuine interest in garment production and responsible manufacturing
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with suppliers
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable picking up new systems quickly
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and technical product documentation is an advantage
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
