Your mission
We are looking for an engineer with specialized knowledge of electrical and software-based systems combined with technical management skills, business-oriented mindset, and innovative thinking.
As a Product Owner, you will create, maintain, and prioritize the team's Product backlogs and make sure the backlogs are clear, estimable, and understandable for the teams. You will be responsible for maximizing the value of the results from the work of the agile teams, and making sure each work takes as little time as possible from start to completion. You will also collect assignments from different stakeholders and work closely with the team(s) with refinement and ensure that the tasks assigned are carried out based on the correct prioritization.
We value your curious nature of creating sustainable technologies, willingness to learn and put pride in sharing knowledge in the daily work. We offer a solid mix of customer support activities to new functionality development for both standard machines and machines with automation as option.
Your profile
You have a university degree in systems- or electrics engineering. We believe you have some years of professional experience working with systems engineering and requirement management or other highly qualified engineering backgrounds. Experience from agile development methodologies is meritorious.
To enjoy the work you are self-propelled, responsible and your work is effectively planned to meet deadlines. We are looking for a humble person with excellent communication skills, that has a solid drive to ensure our stakeholders needs are met with high level of interaction and transparency. As a person, we believe you are challenging the status quo, and you have the ability to champion desired changes.
Furthermore, you have good interpersonal skills, enjoy teamwork and a collaborative environment where communication is the key. Since your work includes many local and global contacts it is required that English skills (verbal and written) are fluent and good understanding of Swedish is a strong advantage.
