Apollo is looking for a Product Manager to strengthen our team. But before we go any further - this is not an IT Product Manager role. If your mind goes straight to backlogs, feature roadmaps and technical stacks, this is probably not for you.

We are looking for someone from the travel industry. Someone who understands destinations, hotels and what actually makes a holiday product stand out - commercially and from a customer perspective.

As a Product Manager at Apollo, you play a central role in shaping and developing our product portfolio across selected destinations. You combine commercial thinking, market insight and strong collaboration to ensure that our product offering is competitive, clearly positioned and profitable - both short and long term.

Your responsibilities
  • Own and drive the overall product strategy for your destination/product areas, with full focus on performance and development.
  • Optimise the hotel and destination portfolio, including mix, guarantees, exclusivities and positioning, based on demand and performance.
  • Stay on top of market developments, competition and travel trends to identify opportunities, risks and gaps.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Contracting, Revenue, Flight, Marketing, E-commerce and Destination Operations to ensure alignment, visibility and strong product communication.
  • Prepare and present business cases, investment proposals and strategic recommendations.
  • Follow up on performance and ensure targets across sales, margin, quality and customer satisfaction are met and exceeded.
  • Drive continuous improvements based on data, insights and customer feedback.


Your qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in product roles within tour operating, travel or OTA, with a strong understanding of international destinations, hotels and competitive product offerings.
  • Proven experience owning and developing product portfolios, with clear accountability for performance, profitability and customer value.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and translate market, customer and competitor insights into concrete business impact.
  • Experienced in working cross-functionally across areas such as Contracting, Revenue, Flight, Marketing and Operations.
  • Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving initiatives from idea through to delivery.
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting business cases and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our headquarters in Stockholm, with travel to our destinations. Start as soon as possible.
