The roleAs Product Management Lead at Findity you will play a key role in leading the Product Management team and ensuring alignment between product vision, business strategy and execution. You will report to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and play a central part in scaling our product organization and driving product performance across the company.

In this position you will focus on team development, strategic alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. The Product Management Lead is expected to ensure a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

The role also includes active involvement in strategic planning, roadmap execution, and performance tracking. The Product Management Lead works closely with Engineering, UX, Support, and Commercial teams to ensure high-quality product delivery and measurable business outcomes.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering an impact-driven and ownership culture.
• Define and evolve product strategy in close collaboration with CPTO and the wider leadership team, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Drive commercial performance by leading product pricing, packaging, and margin optimization initiatives.
• Track and analyze key product metrics to evaluate success, guide prioritization, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch to adoption - ensuring each release delivers measurable value and supports business growth.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Support, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Drive a data-informed approach by leveraging analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform roadmap planning and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Management Lead, or Head of Product in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Strong ability to mentor, coach, and develop Product Managers.
• Deep understanding of product strategy, roadmapping, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making, including using analytics tools to drive insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision to executives, teams, and partners.
• Experience with user research, customer feedback loops, and product discovery.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
