Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Process Manager / Project Manager

What You Will Work On

Establish and develop business processes (e.g., Sell Service, Manage Customer, align with Develop Service)

Lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops and process initiatives

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and unclear handovers across functions and roles

Define and ensure clear process interfaces, inputs, outputs, and ownership

Document processes, sub-processes, and related instructions

Ensure processes are business-driven, customer-focused, and aligned with organizational goals

Drive alignment and adoption through stakeholder engagement and change management

Implement processes in the organization, ensuring practical usage and transition to target state

What You Bring

Proven experience in process management or process development

Experience working in business-driven environments with strong customer focus

Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder meetings

Experience mapping, analyzing, and documenting processes (roles, responsibilities, flows)

Ability to identify and manage dependencies, interfaces, and handovers

Excellent communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)
