You will take a key role in a global transformation centered on a health and safety technology solution. This is a change-focused assignment in an international environment where success depends on strong adoption, clear communication, and close collaboration across countries, functions, and leadership levels.

You will shape the global change approach, support local deployment, and create the structure needed for engagement, training, and stabilization. Job DescriptionYou will develop and drive the global change management strategy for a health and safety technology solution.
You will define the change roadmap and deployment approach for different countries.
You will perform stakeholder analysis and assess change impacts across functions and markets.
You will build and support local change networks, including Change Champions and Ambassadors.
You will create and follow up on resistance management and mitigation plans.
You will support country teams during implementation and stabilization.
You will monitor adoption, engagement, and change KPIs to guide decisions and improvement actions.
You will develop communication plans and materials that support awareness before, during, and after deployment.
You will ensure consistent messaging across countries while enabling local activation.
You will prepare updates and progress reporting for senior stakeholders and executives.
You will contribute to training strategy development and rollout support.
RequirementsCertification in Prosci Change Management.
Relevant education in change management, communications, HR, business, psychology, organizational development, or a similar field.
Proven experience leading large-scale IT change projects in a global business context.
Demonstrated experience applying Prosci methodology in an enterprise or multi-country environment.
Experience managing adoption of digital tools, systems, or process changes across multiple countries or regions.
Experience working with senior stakeholders, local leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Experience preparing executive-level updates and progress reports.
Experience building and executing communication and engagement plans for change initiatives.
Experience in training strategy development and rollout support.
Experience identifying change impacts, stakeholder groups, and resistance management actions.
A structured and practical approach to change management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to build and activate local change networks, champions, or ambassador programs.
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to track adoption, engagement, and change KPIs.
Ability to influence without authority in a complex international organization.
Strong execution skills and the ability to support implementation through stabilization.
