Your role
We are now looking for a Senior Software Engineering Solutioner with a strong profile within the Automotive domain (Commercial Vehicles & Passenger Cars) to act as a technical leader and pre-sales solutioner.
The role includes regular consulting assignments in software engineering projects, but also a strong responsibility to develop our Software Engineering CoE offerings within Automotive, acting as a client-facing expert, expanding our footprint, and supporting RFQ work.

In this role, you will play a key part in:
• Leading and contributing to software engineering initiatives across embedded, connected, and cloud-based automotive systems
• Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical solutioning towards internal and external stakeholders
• Driving end-to-end solution design, including architecture, delivery models, and effort estimations
• Supporting and coordinating RFQ/RFP responses, ensuring high-quality proposals aligned with customer needs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Global Software/AI COE's systems, electronics, and mechanical engineering teams.
• Engaging with customers to understand their software transformation needs (e.g., SDV, connectivity, digital platforms)
• Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to long-term partnerships

Your Profile
• University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or similar
• 10+ years of experience across the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance
• Strong background in one or more areas:
Embedded software (e.g., AUTOSAR, C/C++)
Connected vehicle / cloud platforms
Digital cockpit / infotainment / HMI
Platform infrastructure and/or CI/CD toolchain
GenAI within the Automovitve SDLC
• Experience in technical leadership, solutioning, or project delivery
• Exposure to pre-sales, RFQ work, or estimation is highly valuable
