Portfolio Analyst to Revelop

Revelop is looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join its Fund & Portfolio Management team. This is a unique opportunity to combine advanced financial analysis with real impact on Revelop's funds and real estate portfolios. About the role

As Portfolio Analyst, you will support Portfolio Managers and Asset Managers by providing fund and asset-level analysis, including business plan reviews and lease approval memoranda. The role combines analytical depth with cross-functional collaboration and offers exposure to investment analysis, business planning, performance monitoring, reporting and fundraising processes.
You will play an important role in ensuring high-quality financial modelling, well-structured analysis and reliable decision-making support across Revelop's funds and real estate portfolios.

Key responsibilites

• Support Portfolio Managers in managing Revelop's real estate funds through fund-level analysis, performance monitoring, and business plan updates
• Support the Fund & Portfolio Management team with asset-level business plan analysis and follow-up
• Conduct cash flow and investment analysis at both asset and portfolio level
• Perform financial and strategic analyses as required
• Maintain and update fund track record data in connection with fundraising activities
• Support due diligence processes related to fundraising and investor onboarding
• Prepare reporting materials and documentation for internal decision-making
• Support investment analysis for development projects and major lettings
• Monitor and analyse fund- and investment-level returns through financial modelling

Qualifications

• A relevant university degree, for example Real Estate & Finance, Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management
• 0-3 years of experience in real estate transactions, investment analysis, financial controlling or similar analytical roles (relevant internships is also valued)
• A good understanding of cash flow modelling and investment analysis
• A solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and how they contribute to value creation within Revelop's business model
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical capability and excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Professional fluency in both English and Swedish
