Job Description:

Your responsibilities

• In this exciting role, you are the one, who has the expert knowledge of Project Controls and who is responsible for the scheduling process of our delivery projects.
• You are responsible for creating, maintaining and analyzing the delivery projects' current and forecasted schedule, including costs, resources and risks.
• You have an active role in developing solution options to handle delays.
• You will follow up on the projects, produce reports and do regular analyses, for example S-curves, OTD, earned value and critical path.
• When needed, you will be the one who draws the attention of project managers and project team on deviations and problems that may arise.
• In the projects, you work closely with the project leader and other participants in the project team.
• The role of planners is becoming increasingly important for our unit and you will have a key role in the further development of Project Controls.

Your background

• We are looking for someone who is analytical and have a strong drive to work structured and goal oriented.
• Experience and skills within documentation and report handling.
• You have knowledge about Planning & Scheduling, Project Controls, Earned value analysis, follow-up with S-curves, Primavera P6.
• You have knowledge of project management and MS Office.
• You are a self-driven person who likes to take the personal responsibility.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills likes working with people, good communication skills and are used to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself and the organization for continuous development in both short and long term.
• As a person you are flexible, solutions-oriented and have great focus on quality and safety.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English written and spoken alike.
