About ISMG AB

ISMG AB is a service provider operating within the fast-moving micromobility sector. We work in an environment where efficiency, quality, flexibility and strong operational performance are essential to delivering a reliable service to our clients.

As our organisation continues to develop, we are looking for a Performance & Development Manager to strengthen our team in Stockholm.

This is a key role for someone who combines an analytical and structured approach with a practical understanding of day-to-day operations. You will work closely with company management, the Operations Manager, operational teams and our client to develop our processes, improve performance and support the continued development of the organisation.

About the Role

As Performance & Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing improvements across our organisation.

Your focus will be on performance, productivity, quality and continuous improvement. You will analyse operational results, identify opportunities for improvement and turn insights into practical solutions and sustainable working methods.

An important part of the role will be working closely with the Operations Manager and operational teams to understand challenges in the daily operation and develop solutions that create measurable results.

You will also support management by providing analysis, reporting and recommendations that contribute to both operational and strategic decision-making.

This is a hands-on role where you will be expected not only to identify opportunities for improvement, but also to take ownership of implementing and following up those improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Monitor, analyse and develop operational KPIs and performance indicators

Identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve productivity, quality and service delivery

Develop and implement processes, routines and standardised working methods

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation

Analyse operational data and translate findings into practical actions

Follow up implemented improvements and measure their impact

Develop reporting structures and provide management with relevant performance insights

Support the Operations Manager with performance analysis, planning and organisational development

Work closely with operational teams to identify challenges and develop practical and sustainable solutions

Lead and coordinate internal development and improvement projects

Apply Lean, 5S and other continuous improvement methodologies where appropriate

Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows and operational procedures

Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions

Identify opportunities for more efficient use of resources and improved cost efficiency

Support quality assurance and the achievement of agreed service levels and client expectations

Contribute to the development and implementation of new working methods and operational initiatives

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration and high performance

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a person who is analytical and improvement-driven while also being comfortable working close to the daily operation.

You enjoy understanding how and why things work, identifying opportunities for improvement and turning ideas into practical solutions.

You are comfortable taking ownership of projects and initiatives and can work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with colleagues, management and external stakeholders.

We believe you have:

A university degree in engineering, production, logistics, management or another relevant field

Previous experience in process development, continuous improvement, production, logistics or another operational environment

Experience leading or coordinating improvement projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working with KPIs, performance measurement and data-driven decision-making

Knowledge of Lean, 5S or similar continuous improvement methodologies

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with operational data

Experience developing processes, workflows and documentation

Strong organisational and project management skills

The ability to take ownership and independently drive improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation and follow-up

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Professional proficiency in English

Knowledge of Swedish is considered an advantage.

Experience with ERP systems, process mapping, advanced data analysis or other relevant digital tools is also considered an advantage.

Personal Qualities

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are analytical, structured and proactive, with a strong drive to improve both processes and results.

You are results-oriented and enjoy seeing measurable outcomes from the initiatives you implement. At the same time, you understand that sustainable improvements require cooperation and involvement from the people working in the operation.

You communicate effectively with people at different levels of an organisation and are comfortable working with employees, managers, clients and other stakeholders.

You are adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.

Most importantly, you have a hands-on mindset. You are willing to understand the operation in practice, identify what can be improved and take responsibility for making those improvements happen.

What We Offer

At ISMG AB, you will have the opportunity to take on a role with significant responsibility and a direct impact on how our organisation performs and develops.

You will work closely with both management and our operational organisation and have the opportunity to influence processes, working methods, performance measurement and future development.

The position offers a combination of performance management, process development, project management and continuous improvement within a dynamic and rapidly developing industry.

We value initiative, responsibility and practical problem-solving, and for the right person, this is an opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the continued growth and development of ISMG AB.
