Role Summary

About the role

Do you enjoy working with payroll end-to-end, combining accuracy with great stakeholder service? In this role, you will support employees and managers across Scania Sweden and help ensure a high-quality, compliant and efficient payroll process. With around 23,000 payslips processed each month and multiple system integrations, you'll work with a varied workload that ranges from day-to-day case handling to process improvements.

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities
  • Manage payroll cases end-to-end, including new hires, employment changes and terminations, absences, allowances, deductions and other payroll inputs
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to employees and managers
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accurate payroll input and output
  • Maintain payroll-related documentation and records
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by being an active participant in development initiatives within the team
  • Contribute and represent Payroll in different projects related to digitalization, automation and process improvements
  • Support yearly activities such as calendar-year and vacation-year transitions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Scania and with external parties such as suppliers and authorities when needed


Education

  • Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education Level 4
