Beskrivning

At H&M Creative Studios, we develop and deliver H&M's customer-facing brand and content experiences globally. Bringing together strategists, creatives, designers, creators, producers and specialists, we are responsible for H&M's global campaigns, editorial storytelling, creator marketing, organic social channels, e-commerce content, brand design and physical brand experiences. Together, we shape how millions of customers discover, experience and engage with H&M every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Organic Social Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day social presence, making sure our channels run smoothly and that H&M shows up in ways that feel timely, relevant and natural to each platform.

You'll manage scheduling and publishing across assigned organic social channels, coordinating closely with channel and content teams to ensure content goes live accurately and at the right moment. You'll also lead daily community management, engaging with our audiences and helping create consistent and meaningful interactions around the H&M brand.

Beyond publishing and community management, you'll stay close to what's happening within our communities and in culture. You'll monitor conversations, audience sentiment and emerging behaviours, identifying reactive opportunities and sharing insights that can help our teams create more relevant content.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and managing the scheduling and publishing of content across assigned organic social channels.
  • Ensuring content is published accurately, consistently and at the right time.
  • Leading day-to-day community management and engaging with audiences in a way that reflects H&M's voice while feeling natural to each platform.
  • Monitoring conversations, audience sentiment and cultural trends both within and beyond H&M's channels.
  • Identifying emerging topics, behaviours and reactive opportunities while they are still culturally relevant.
  • Turning recurring audience questions, reactions and feedback into useful insights for channel and content teams.
  • Recognising potentially sensitive issues early and following established escalation and crisis management processes.
  • Supporting smooth daily operations through clear communication and close coordination with relevant teams.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll work closely with our organic social channel and content teams, helping connect publishing, community conversations and audience insights with the content we create.

You'll be part of a collaborative environment where social platforms are not simply publishing channels, but spaces to understand our audiences, participate in relevant conversations and continuously strengthen how H&M shows up in culture.

WHO YOU ARE
We're looking for people with:
  • 3-5 years experience with hands-on work in social media publishing, channel coordination and community management, preferably from fashion, lifestyle or similar industries.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple publishing activities and priorities.
  • A strong understanding of major social platforms, their communities and how audiences behave differently across them.
  • Good judgement when engaging with audiences and handling potentially sensitive conversations.
  • An instinct for tone, timing and cultural relevance.
  • The ability to monitor conversations and translate audience feedback into clear, useful insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • An interest in fashion and an understanding of fashion communities and culture

And people who are:
  • Socially fluent and genuinely curious about online communities and culture.
  • Proactive and comfortable spotting opportunities rather than simply responding to briefs.
  • Calm and considered when dealing with sensitive or fast-moving situations.
  • Highly organised and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Curious about audience behaviour and motivated to understand the "why" behind conversations and reactions.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment
