Do you thrive on turning strategy into action? We're looking for an Operations Deployment Manager who will play a key role in bringing our initiatives to life across our coffee shop network. You will be part of the Central Operations management team.
In this role, you'll ensure smooth, structured deployment of launches, trainings, and operational improvements-working closely with teams across markets to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
Location:Stockholm/Solna, Sweden. The role involves occasional travel across our markets.

What You'll Do
- Drive and continuously improve a structured deployment process, ensuring clear oversight of launches, trainings, and initiatives across markets
- Own the market sequencing calendar and lead clear, engaging communication to Operations Managers and Coffee Shop Managers
- Set the operational framework for promotions, including launch readiness and 1st Day Checks
- Own and evolve our Operations Yearly Calendar (CSOIP), including business cycles, market visits, and action plans for each coffee shop
- Lead end-to-end deployment by partnering with SMEs and Learning & Development to create and deliver impactful training on brand standards and ways of working
- Support and track implementation from planning to execution-ensuring teams at all levels are set up for success
- Collaborate with Marketing to roll out key enablers like Delivery and Catering across markets
- Follow up on performance, share best practices, and continuously improve how we operate
Who You Are
- 3+ years of multi-site leadership experience within food, beverage, or restaurant environments
- Experience working within or alongside a central operations function is a preference
- Comfortable navigating complex, multi-market organizations
- Strong in operational excellence, structure, and execution
- A confident communicator who builds strong relationships across teams
- Fluent in English + preferably Nordic language
- Holds a degree in Business, Management, or similar
