Operations Associate - Netherlands market (part-time, remote)

About the role

Your main job is to speak with customers and installers in the Netherlands and coordinate their installations. You will call and email both sides in Dutch, walk through the process with the customer at a first call and take care of any eventualities along the way.

Our offices are in Stockholm and expect you to be based somewhere in Sweden too as you will be employed in Sweden. Most of the work can be performed remotely.

What you will do

• Call and email customers in the Netherlands to answer questions, collect missing information and keep them updated on their installation.
• Contact installers in the Netherlands to check availability, coordinate bookings and make sure they have the details needed for each job.
• Keep customers and installers aligned when dates change or practical issues arise, involving the wider Operations team when needed.
• Follow up on ongoing installations and record progress and next steps in Done's platform.
• Use what you learn from these conversations to improve our Dutch customer communication and ways of working.

About Done

Done.green is a Swedish tech company making energy installations easier to manage. Our platform connects customers, installers and energy companies around installations of EV chargers, heat pumps and home batteries. You will help us build our operations in the Netherlands and work directly with our team in Sweden.

Who you are

• You speak and write Dutch fluently and understand the Dutch market and local customer expectations.
• You communicate comfortably in English with our team.
• You enjoy talking to people, are comfortable picking up the phone and follow through on what you promise.
• You are organised, reliable and good at keeping track of several conversations and next steps.
• You learn quickly and are curious about technology, energy products and how installations work.

This could suit someone studying engineering, industrial engineering and management, business or a related subject at a university in Sweden. You do not need to be a student: if you have moved to Sweden and are looking for part-time work alongside other commitments, we would also love to hear from you. Dutch language skills and knowledge of the market are what matter.

Experience in customer service, coordination, operations or the energy sector is a plus.

Hours and working arrangement

This is a paid, hourly role with a gradual start aiming for 10 hours per week. Initially, there may be less work. There is a longer-term ambition but not a guaranteed number of hours.

You report the hours you work and are paid for that time. The role suits someone comfortable with a variable workload.

You can work remotely, with the opportunity to meet the team or work from our Stockholm office. Office attendance is not required.

Start: By agreement.
