Are you a qualified nurse looking for a permanent position in Norway?
We are recruiting nurses for municipal healthcare services in Finnmark, Northern Norway. The positions are mainly within home care services and nursing homes, where you will work closely with patients and become part of a supportive healthcare team.
This opportunity is ideal for EU-trained nurses who are looking for professional development, stable employment and the chance to build a new life in Norway. We provide Norwegian language training, assistance with authorisation and support throughout the relocation process.
Your main responsibilities include:
Providing home nursing care to patients in their own homes
Working in a nursing home or assisted living facility
Daily patient follow-up, medication management, observation and documentation
Close collaboration with relatives, GPs and other healthcare professionals
Contributing to quality improvement and development of local routines
We are looking for someone who:
Has a valid license as a nurse from an EU/EEA country
Is motivated to obtain Norwegian authorisation (we assist with the process)
Speak fluent English and are highly motivated to learn Norwegian
Are willing to complete our free Norwegian language course
Works independently and in a structured way
Enjoys teamwork and has genuine compassion for patients
Is flexible and able to adapt to different work situations
Holds a driver's license
