At Framna, we are looking for a New Business Manager who can build pipeline, open the right doors, and turn strong first meetings into real collaborations. Framna partners with some of the world's most ambitious brands, like Swish, SJ, Essity, and SEB, to create digital products that define markets and deliver real-world impact. At the heart of that work is a strong focus on the end user, ensuring that every product we create is grounded in real needs and real behavior. We are now more than 600 people across eleven locations, building apps used by millions every day.

As our next New Business Manager, you will play a key role in growing Framna's client base in Sweden. You will work closely with our commercial team, marketing, and senior stakeholders, but your focus will be out in the market: identifying the right companies, building relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

In the short term, you will focus on building pipeline and creating new business opportunities. In the long term, you will help shape how we approach new business at Framna, contributing to a more structured, scalable, and effective commercial approach.

What you will do

As a New Business Manager at Framna, you will drive new business end-to-end, from identifying the right partners to closing deals and setting collaborations up for success.

Because we work with complex, long sales cycles and relationship-driven B2B sales, your role is not about quick wins. It is about building trust, understanding real business needs, and creating opportunities where Framna can make a meaningful impact.

Specifically, you will:
  • Identify and define target companies based on our Ideal Partner Profile
  • Proactively research and reach out to potential partners across relevant industries
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, combining outbound, inbound, and network-driven leads
  • Create thoughtful, tailored outreach that opens doors to meaningful conversations
  • Prepare and lead first meetings, assessing whether there is a real opportunity
  • Shape compelling pitches and proposals based on partner needs and Framna's strengths
  • Drive opportunities forward through long, complex sales cycles
  • Negotiate and close deals, with clear ownership of commercial outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, and delivery teams to align on opportunities
  • Stay active in the market through events, networking, and relationship building

Who you are

You are a commercially driven person who combines curiosity, structure, and a strong drive to win. You are not afraid to reach out, start conversations, and push opportunities forward, but you do it in a thoughtful, relationship-driven way.

We believe you bring:
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar
  • Experience working with B2B sales in complex or consultative environments
  • A strong ability to build pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
  • Confidence in leading commercial conversations and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in Swedish and English

You are:
  • A natural hunter who enjoys creating opportunities, not just waiting for them
  • Motivated by targets and closing deals
  • Structured in how you work, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Curious, relationship-driven, and comfortable building trust with new people

Please note:For this role, you need to be based in Stockholm, Sweden. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer relocation.
