YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As a Mechanic (Fleet Specialist) in Stockholm, you'll keep our electric scooters and e-bikes in great shape and help our city operations run smoothly. As part of our mechanical team, you'll maintain and repair our vehicles - learning the technical side of micromobility and keeping our fleet ride-ready. We also have our in-field tasks, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Stockholm area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible.

As a Mechanic (Fleet Specialist) in Stockholm, you'll keep our electric scooters and e-bikes in great shape and help our city operations run smoothly. As part of our mechanical team, you'll maintain and repair our vehicles - learning the technical side of micromobility and keeping our fleet ride-ready. We also have our in-field tasks, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Stockholm area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible.
Your day-to-day will include tasks like:
- Dismantle and recycle vehicles beyond repair ♻️
- Receive, inspect and prepare new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse 🔍
- Support your teammates in the field - repositioning vehicles, clearing parking spots, flagging issues 🤝
- Collect and deploy Voi vehicles across the city ⚙️
- Locate and retrieve damaged vehicles 🛴
- Swap batteries to keep vehicles ready to ride 🔋
- Carry out on-site repairs and diagnose mechanical issues 🔧
- Unlimited Voi rides

- Working hours: Part time (60%), with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts

- Good English, spoken and written
- Experience with tools, repairs or vehicle maintenance
- A valid Swedish or EU driving licence (category B)
- General familiarity with digital tools and applications
- Happy to take initiative when needed
- Approaches problems practically - you focus on getting things done
- Can physically handle and move vehicles and batteries, using the tools and support we provide
