Open Application; We are currently building a talent pool for future Mechanic positions in Stockholm. Please note that this posting is for upcoming needs and not an immediate hire.
As a Mechanic (Fleet Specialist Hybrid) in Stockholm, you'll keep our electric scooters and e-bikes in great shape and help our city operations run smoothly. As part of our mechanical team, you'll maintain and repair our vehicles - learning the technical side of micromobility and keeping our fleet ride-ready. We also have our in-field tasks, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Stockholm area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible.

Your day-to-day will include tasks like:

• Dismantle and recycle vehicles beyond repair ♻️
• Receive, inspect and prepare new vehicles and batteries at the warehouse 🔍
• Support your teammates in-field with reparking vehicles, clearing parking spots, flagging issues 🤝
• Collect and deploy Voi vehicles across the city ⚙️
• Locate and retrieve damaged vehicles 🛴
• Swap batteries to keep vehicles ready to ride 🔋
• Carry out on-site repairs and diagnose mechanical issues 🔧

THE PRACTICALITIES

• Application status: Open / Future talent pool
• Location: Stockholm
• Working hours: Typically part time (60% - 3 weekdays), with opportunity to pick up additional shifts on weekdays and occasionally weekends as well
• Contract type: Seasonal / Fixed Term (2 months, with potential extension based on performance and operational needs)
• Start date: To be discussed

What we're looking for is someone who has:

• Good English, spoken and written
• Experience with tools, repairs or vehicle maintenance
• A valid Swedish or EU driving licence (category B)
• Solid knowledge of Stockholm and confidence driving in the city, preferably from professional driving in logistics or a similar role
• General familiarity with digital tools and applications
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job
